Excellent service from Jayson and his team. I booked my car if for a standard service and brake check, and also to try and identify an annoying rattle as I accelerate that has been there for ages. Jayson called back, and informed me that my spark plugs should have been replace 20,000km ago (which the dealer at the time failed to do). They changed the plugs, took photos of the fault and also identified a couple of other minor problems, and the rattle has gone and the car now runs like it should. They are a professional, open, transparent team, and I thank them for their great fault finding abilities and the prompt service they provided. Thoroughly recommend.

Scheduled service to my VW CC. Earlier in the year I called in to have a key battery replaced. I was very impressed by the overall professionalism and courtesy of Jayson. The service was carried out promptly and as I had unexpected guests in the afternoon, Jayson delivered my car and collected his loan car. The workshop looks more like a sterile laboratory.
