Terms and Conditions for the euroautoservice.com.au GT4 Monochrome Series Queensland Raceway Ticket Giveaway
The Sponsor: The sponsor of this promotion is hsy autoparts.
Eligibility: The giveaway is open to all Queensland residents aged 18 and over. Employees of hsy autoparts and ATE Brake Centres, their families, and any agencies involved in this promotion are not eligible to enter.
Entry Period: The giveaway begins on the date of the Facebook post and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 31 July 2024. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
How to Enter: To enter, participants must comment on the designated Facebook post by sharing their dream European car. Only one entry per person is allowed. Winner must reside in Queensland. No travel expenses to and from the event will be provided.
Winner Selection: One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The winner will be notified via a direct message on Facebook.
Prize: The prize is 2 x General Admission Weekend Passes to Rounds 5 & 6 of the Monochrome GT4 Series at Queensland Raceway from 2-4 August 2024. The tickets will be sent to the winner via email. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
Notification: The winner will be notified by Facebook message within 24 hours after the draw. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, hsy autoparts reserves the right to select another winner.
Data Protection: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the giveaway and delivering the prize. hsy autoparts will not share personal information with third parties without the entrant’s prior consent.
Limitation of Liability: hsy autoparts is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or any other issues that may prevent an individual from entering the giveaway or claiming their prize.
Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the hsy autoparts website.
General Conditions: hsy autoparts reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
